Nice ocho loop this am. Felt good, chilly wx, and it starts getting light quickly and early. Right knee still has some twingy issues that come up late in the run then go away. This weekend will be a good test as I'm supposed to get in 20 and 10. Next week is a rest week with fewer miles. I'm still doing strength exercises for alignment 3X per week, but will try to get in more cross training so I'm doing something every day. Cycling one day, then walking the other. If I don't get in something daily I just don't feel right. It's that addiction again.....
I need to start taking my camera and getting some pics of the glorious sunrise...
Perhaps tomorrow....
